UI/UX Designer

Appricot is a software company within the Adam Group, with offices in Izmir and Vancouver, which mainly develops web and mobile-oriented startup solutions. In our office in Izmir; We are looking for a Product Designer to take part in and implement startup projects.

Hiring a Product Designer to help shape our product strategy and ensure every feature or product we release is world-class. The ideal candidate has deep user empathy, a passion for simplifying complex problems, and an action-oriented mentality. As a product designer at Appricot, in addition to designing and developing projects from start to finish, you’ll play a foundational role in setting product vision and strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• Understand desires of client and create attractive product
• Work closely with product managers and other teams (sales and marketing) to establish a plan for product release Acknowledge budget and make plans in order to follow financial guidelines
• Create product prototypes prior to creating the final product
• Adjust approach towards designs based on feedback provided
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and engineers
• Bachelor's degree

Good to Have Qualifications

• 1 - 4 years experience in product design or related field
• Strong creative, design, and communication skills
• Portfolio of work
• Good time-management skills
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
